1. About This Service

This service ("the Service") provides statistical predictions for football matches, including FIFA World Cup 2026 and UEFA Champions League fixtures. The Service is operated by an individual ("the Operator") and is intended as a recreational data-analysis tool.

The Service does not accept bets, pay out winnings, or facilitate any form of wagering. It is not a gambling service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where access to and use of statistical sports-prediction tools is lawful.
• By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Account & Authentication

The Service uses Google Firebase Authentication. You may sign in via Google, email/password, or mobile phone (SMS verification). You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Tokens & Payments

4.1 Tokens

Premium features (Asian Handicap tables and Top 5 Scorelines) are unlocked using internal tokens. Tokens have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.2 Payments

Tokens are purchased via cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC) through NOWPayments. All on-chain transactions are final and non-reversible.

4.3 No Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be excluded (including, where applicable, the Australian Consumer Law). The Operator will not refund tokens that have been used to unlock content.

5. Predictions — Disclaimer

Accuracy is not guaranteed. Reported "accuracy" figures reflect the model's performance on historical training data; they are not predictions of future accuracy and do not bind the Operator.

Predictions are not:

• betting advice or tips
• investment advice or recommendations
• financial product advice
• professional guidance of any kind

You agree that any decision you make on the basis of information from the Service is made entirely at your own risk.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, mirror, resell, or republish any content from the Service without permission
• attempt to bypass authentication, payment, or rate limiting
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including (without limitation) gambling in jurisdictions where it is prohibited
• use automated systems to abuse the prediction endpoints
• impersonate another user

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, model weights, design, and branding are owned by the Operator. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Privacy & Data

The Service collects only the minimum data needed to operate: your Firebase account identifier, optional email/phone, token balance, and prediction-unlock history. We do not sell your data. Payment data is handled by NOWPayments under their own privacy policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The Operator will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss arising from reliance on a prediction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any non-excludable consumer guarantee available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory law.

10. Termination

The Operator may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason.

11. Modifications

The Operator may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts for any dispute relating to the Service.
